Vehicle Ownership with TVDE Operator
This agreement details the terms and conditions for vehicle owners who collaborate with TAPSi as TVDE operators. Ensure your compliance and legal security.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the use of vehicles that belong to an owner other than the TVDE Operator.
Whenever a partner company (TVDE Operator) wishes to register a vehicle whose owner is not the company itself, it becomes mandatory to conclude this contract between the Vehicle Owner and the TVDE Operator.
The document is available for download on this page and must be duly completed, signed and stamped by the parties.
Procedures and Obligations

- This declaration must be delivered to the TVDE Operator.
The TVDE Operator is responsible for uploading the following to the TAPSi platform, in the same PDF file:

Applicable Legal Rules
- The contract follows the provisions of Law No. 45/2018 (TVDE Legal Framework).
